Write your name and index number in the spaces provided above. 
This paper consists of four sections. Answer five questions in all: two questions from Section A and one question each from Sections B, C and D. 
Questions in Section A carry 25 marks each. 
Questions in Sections B and C carry 20 marks each. 
Questions in Section D carry 10 marks each. 
Study your question paper very well and carefully select the questions you wish to answer. A maximum ofY2ft seconds (2 minutes) would he allowed for you to respond to a call for performance during the practical examination.

Section A     [ 50 marks ]     Track and Field Events 
Candidates are to select two activities from this section. 
1. In a 4 x 100 m relay race, skillfully demonstrate the grip, carriage, take-over and receipt of the baton     within the take-over zone. [25 marks] 

2. Choose any crouch start method and demonstrate the positions of the legs, hands, running form and         finish to run a distance of 100m. [25 marks] 

3.   In a 400 m hurdles race, demonstrate the start, take-off, running form and finish to return
      in a good time. [25 marks] 

Section B     [ 20 marks ]     Ball Games 
Candidates are to select one activity from this section 
4. From the baseline of a volleyball count, serve a ball to the opponent’s court, 5 times using the                underarm service. [20 marks]
